Agreements with Policlinico di Monza

• Booking conditions

Deposit for monthly packages 30% and balance at check in with keys delivered; renewal or cancellation 15 days before departure and related payment. For monthly overnight stays or in the presence of animals, a deposit may be required, refundable upon departure.

• Cancellation conditions

The customer can cancel for free up to 15 days before arrival. The customer pays the total amount of the reservation if he cancels within 15 days before arrival. If the customer does not show up, he will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
